Patrick advises clients on a wide range of corporate and finance law matters including mergers and acquisitions, finance and investments, commercial agreements, regulatory compliance, and financial products.

He specialises in issues affecting the finance and insurance sectors, and has acted for banks, insurers, credit unions, finance companies, trustees, franchises, brokers and other intermediaries.

Patrick was formerly General Counsel Home Lending at GE Money. Prior to joining GE in 2003, Patrick practised law at an international law firm, including five years in its New York office. He also previously held a senior compliance role in the finance industry.
