Ronen has 15 years experience in the financial services industry since joining the corporate environment after a short period in private practice. He was formerly Cuscal’s General Counsel from 2003-2010.

Ronen has advised clients in relation to financial transactions, financial products and services design and structure, regulatory compliance as well as trade practices, intellectual property and general commercial matters.

He also has experience in advising boards in relation to governance, directors' duties and structure.

Ronen also speaks Hebrew.
