Executive remuneration regulation update

In response to concerns that changes permitting undirected proxy votes to be cast by the chair on executive remuneration resolutions by listed public companies included in the Consumer Credit and Corporations Legislation Amendment (Enhancement) Bill 2011 will not be in force by this year's AGMs the Government has announced that the Bill has been granted the highest priority that can be afforded to a Bill.

Parliament will resume sitting on 8 May.
